• Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
