1. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: ₹100 per order (Pan India).
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- Additional charges may apply for remote locations, bulk orders, or express delivery.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Custom-made or pre-order jewellery may take longer to process; details will be mentioned on the product page.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).
- Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster than remote areas.
- Delays caused by courier companies, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we’ll keep you updated.
4. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
- You can track your order on the courier partner’s website/app.
5. Undelivered / Returned Packages
- If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping can be arranged once we receive the returned package. However, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- In case of non-response after repeated attempts, the order will be considered cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. International Shipping (if applicable)
- Currently, we ship only within India. (Update this if you plan to offer international shipping.)
